I have been running track for about four years, but two of them I couldn't really do anything because of my knees. In track I have been doing the 200 and high jump, but I might start to do long jump instead of the 200. It is a lot different this year than it was in middle school because we have new coaches and everything is much more serious at practice. I think that if my knees hold up this year it should be a pretty good year because I have a really good coach for jumping.
Hey Allen, yea I decided not to do track this year because I wanted to focus on the school work. Yep, I bet it is a lot different than middle school eh? Well I may end up doing it next year, I'm not sure though.
